These Terms of Use "Terms" govern your use of the note taking and communication service "Conoted" provided by our company "Streltsov". By using Conoted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

• Prohibited Activities

  • You agree not to use Conoted to send spam or engage in any fraudulent activities.
  • You agree not to promote violence and not to post illegal pornographic content on public notes or in any other part of Conoted.

• Age Requirement

  • For US, EU and non-EU citizens, you must be at least 4 years old to register at Conoted.

• Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and process your personal information. By using Conoted, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create, share or transmit through Conoted, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Using Conoted

  • The service provided by Conoted allows users to take notes for personal use, take public notes, organize information and communicate with others.

• User Responsibilities:

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the notes they create and post.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and third party rights when creating and posting notes.
  • Users must not engage in activities that violate the laws of any country or these Terms of Use or that compromise the functionality or security of the Application.

• Moderation and deletion:

  • Conoted reserves the right to moderate and remove any publicly available memos that violate these Terms of Use or that are deemed inappropriate, offensive or harmful.
  • Conoted may, in its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including warning, suspending or terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these Terms of Use.

• Disclaimer:

  • Publicly available notes in the Appendix are provided on an "as is" basis. Conoted does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the notes.
  • Conoted shall not be liable for any damages, losses or liabilities arising from the use of publicly available notes or reliance on the information contained therein.

• Changes:

  • Conoted reserves the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time. Users are advised to review these terms periodically to be aware of any changes.

• Regulatory Legislation:

  • These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Conoted operates.
  • By accessing or using the public notes in the Conoted app, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
  • You understand and acknowledge that Conoted is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Company does not guarantee that Conoted will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
  • You agree not to use Conoted for any illegal, malicious or unauthorized purpose. You will not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt Conoted or compromise the security of Conoted or its users.

• Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • The Company retains all intellectual property rights in Conoted, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and any other proprietary rights.
  • Publicly available notes in App Conoted are created and posted by individual users, and the intellectual property rights to the notes belong to the respective users.
  • Conoted does not claim ownership of the content of publicly available notes. Users retain their intellectual property rights to the notes they create and post
  • By accessing or using publicly available notes, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using publicly available notes.

• Permitted use:

  • Publicly available notes are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Users can view, read, and interact with public notes in the app.
  • Users may modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on publicly available notes without obtaining explicit permission from the respective note makers.

• Third-party purchases

  • Some additional services, such as the Conoted store or expert subscriptions, may be available for purchase in some countries, offering exclusive features and enhanced functionality. If you purchase such services through third-party platforms such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, your purchase will be subject to their terms and conditions.

• Payment and Subscription

  • When you purchase Conoted, you authorize recurring monthly or annual payments using the selected payment method until you or Conoted cancel the subscription.
  • You are responsible for managing your Conoted subscription, including updating your billing information as needed.
  • Payment providers may apply their own fees and conversion rates to payments in different currencies that are not controlled by Conoted.

• Cancellations and refunds

  • You can cancel your Conoted subscription at any time via the Conoted section in your Conoted account settings or on the appropriate platform (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play).
  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds or credits will be given for the remaining days.
  • Deleting your Conoted account or deleting the Conoted app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

• Cessation

  • Failure to comply with the Terms may result in temporary or permanent blocking of Conoted or certain Conoted services.
  • Conoted reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time, in which case a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription may be granted.

• Taxes and fees

  • We are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, rate schedules, Internet charges and other fees associated with your use of Conoted.

• Changes to the Terms and Services

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms and Conditions in the Solution.
  • Your continued use of Copedad following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • Conoted may change fees in the future, but users will have the option to cancel their subscription before the new fee goes into effect.

• Volume of subscription services

  • Conoted offers exclusive features, improved functionality, increased download speeds, translation of notes, and ad-free operation.
  • The availability and functionality of Conoted services may vary depending on the Conoted client and the latest version of the application.

• Limitation of liability

  • In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenue directly or indirectly incurred as a result of or in connection with your use of Conoted, resulting from the temporary inability to provide any free or paid services.

• Applicable law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Conoted. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using Conoted.
