I am a founder with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and building products from the ground up. I am a visionary in determining the optimal product launch strategy. I create the product strategy (mission statement, vision, problems, solutions) and the product development cycle.
I have launched seven products from scratch. In one project, I brought in over 500 shops and over 100,000 brands. That's over 4 million things. The site had 25,000 daily users. In 11 years, I managed to increase the company's revenue by 1,500%. As part of another project, I organised an anti-drug campaign, developed a programme methodology that combined personal growth trainings with information about the harm of drugs, and conducted trainings for more than 5,000 teenagers. Now my main passion is to create and develop global services that people like in the field of education.
Eugene minimises risks and continuously improves productivity via better Knowledge Management and Digital Workplace projects. In 17 years he worked with organisations from 7 industries and 8 countries, enabling Digital and Cultural transformations in multinational businesses of scale from 5 to 24 000 people.
1. Initiated and managed a program of 11 projects worth €3 300 000, built a Center of Excellence for Knowledge Management.
2. Drove Intranet solutions from zero to 14 000 unique users and 10 000 000 operations yearly.
3. Drove successful IT Change Management projects for up to 24 000 employees.
I am a creative problem solver and love creating visually harmonious and functional user interfaces. During my years in Product Design I have honed my skills in creating intuitive interfaces and compelling digital solutions for different platforms.
I am convinced that design should be intuitive and easy to use and help businesses scale their capabilities.
